About the Role
Winwood College invites applications from mature, empathetic and organised individuals for the position of Boarding Mistress. The successful candidate will maintain a safe, structured and nurturing environment for female boarders. This is a full-time residential post — the candidate must reside on campus.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 'O' Level passes (including English Language). Age: 34 years and above.
- Must reside on-campus (full-time residential post); excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Strong background in Pastoral Care and Counselling; previous boarding-school or teaching experience an added advantage.
- Clean criminal record.
