About the Role
Location: Hwange District (Matabeleland North).
Role: Oversee the implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of Ministry policies, projects and programmes at district level; promote community participation in sport, recreation, arts and culture; prepare estimates of expenditure for Hwange District; submit monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports to the Matabeleland North Provincial Head; and manage the human and material resources allocated to the district.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Arts and Recreational Studies, Cultural Studies, Sports Management or equivalent (a relevant master's degree is an added advantage).
- At least four (4) years served in the Administrative Officer grade or equivalent.
- Conversant with current sport, recreation, arts and culture issues.
- Excellent verbal and written skills; strong management and organising skills.
