About the Role
We are seeking a creative, results-oriented and experienced Executive Producer to coordinate television production processes, develop engaging content that meets broadcasting standards, and ensure programming schedule requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the activities of the production section.
- Coordinate the production process from pre-production to post-production.
- Develop and oversee content creation.
- Preview programmes to ensure they meet editorial and production standards.
- Draft and recommend contracts for on-air talent.
- Prepare and manage production budgets.
- Collaborate with the Heads of Programming and News to produce quality content.
- Approve recording and post-production scripts.
- Supervise, mentor and develop production staff.

Requirements
- A Degree in Film and Television Studies, Media Studies or a related field.
- Proven experience in the media or broadcasting industry.
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities.
- Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
- Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Budget planning and financial-management experience.
- Basic video-editing knowledge; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of media laws and ethics.
- Excellent communication, organisational and planning skills; able to work under pressure and meet strict production deadlines.
