About the Role
TIMB offers a 24-month graduate trainee programme for a young, ambitious and qualified graduate, based at TIMB Head Office in Harare with occasional travel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Honours) in Accounting / Accounting & Finance / Internal Auditing or equivalent, class 2.1 or better.
- Aged 28 or below as at 2026.
- Computer literacy; self-driven and results-oriented; able to work with minimum supervision.
- Attention to detail; analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
