An intensive graduate learnership programme for recent graduates across several fields:
- Engineering (Electrical/Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial Manufacturing).
- Services — IT (ICT) and SHE (Environmental/Safety/Health).
- Commercial (Business Studies/Sales/Marketing).
- Operations (Business Studies/Transport & Logistics/Supply Chain/Economics/Rural & Urban Planning).
- Supply Chain (Supply Chain/Mathematics/Statistics/Business Studies).
- Agronomy (Agriculture, Crop Science).
- Trainee Chartered Accountant (Accounting degree + CTA Level 2 / IAC / ICAZ via CIMA/ACCA pathway).

Requirements
- Degree with at least an upper-second (2.1) class, or HND/Diploma at merit level, in the indicated fields.
- Excellent communication and team skills; able to grasp concepts quickly; highly adaptable.
