About the Role

A fast-growing FMCG company in Harare offers an industrial-attachment opportunity for a Human Resource Attachee to join the HR team and gain hands-on, practical experience in a dynamic corporate HR environment. Male candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including advertising vacancies, shortlisting and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in coordinating training and development programmes.
- Support payroll administration and leave-management processes.
- Assist with drafting HR correspondence, memos and reports.
- Help ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Must be due for Industrial Attachment as part of degree-programme requirements.
- Good understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, Harare.
