About the Role
Eland Finance is seeking motivated and enthusiastic interns to join its team in the microfinance sector — an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in loan assessment, risk management and portfolio management. Positions are available in Mutare (1), Gokwe (1) and Chinhoyi (1).
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and process loan applications.
- Scrutinise risks associated with loan applications.
- Manage and maintain loan portfolios.
- Assist in other microfinance-related tasks as required.

Requirements
- Currently studying towards a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
