About the Role
Job summary
Cimas Health Group, driven by its purpose to inspire healthier communities, seeks a highly motivated Key Account Officer. This role serves as the primary strategic liaison between Cimas Health Group and its clients, centred on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships and ensuring client retention.
The successful candidate will be responsible for
- Engaging with key corporate accounts and overseeing account management.
- Conducting daily key account visits and reviewing the performance of key accounts.
- Monitoring monthly contribution payments.
- Liaising with the Customer Service team for key accounts debt collection initiatives.
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly regional account reports.
Key competencies
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to plan and organise in line with job requirements.
- Ability to analyse and solve work-related problems while achieving the right outcome.
- Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
- Clean class 4 driver's licence.

Qualifications
- First degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing Management or equivalent.
- Post qualification in Sales & Marketing is an added advantage.
- At least 2 years' experience.
