About the Role
Duties:
- Develop research agendas aligned to Commission priorities; coordinate studies on land governance, administration and management.
- Produce policy briefs; disseminate research findings; build partnerships with universities and research institutions.
- Develop knowledge-management systems; coordinate innovation initiatives; formulate and implement the R&D budget; supervise the R&D team.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in R&D, Innovation, Policy Analysis, Land Administration or Statistics.
- Expertise in research design, policy analysis, data analytics (SPSS, STATA, R, Python, Excel), report writing and land administration.
