About the Role
Zunde Real Estate is hiring! Are you a qualified and registered Principal Registered Estate Agent (PREA) looking for an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a dynamic real estate company? Zunde Real Estate is seeking a suitably qualified Principal Registered Estate Agent to oversee our real estate operations and ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements in Zimbabwe.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all Estate Agents Council regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee property sales.
- Provide strategic leadership and professional guidance to the team.
- Maintain high ethical and professional standards within the business.

- Registered Principal Estate Agent with the Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe (EAC).
- Valid Practising Certificate.
- Sound knowledge of the Zimbabwean real estate industry and regulatory framework.
- Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills.
- Ability to supervise and guide estate agency operations.
