Professional Photographer

PR & Marketing Department
Location: Harare, Zimbabwe

Requirements:

• Diploma, certificate or degree in Photography, Media Studies, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Journalism, Digital Media or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional photography experience, preferably in corporate communications, events, media, public relations, marketing, journalism, environmental services, infrastructure or a service-based organisation.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating strong composition, lighting, editing, event coverage, corporate photography and visual storytelling skills.
• Strong working knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, editing software, file formats, digital storage and content management practices.

Key Performance Indicators:

• High-quality photographic coverage delivered for approved events, campaigns, operational activities and stakeholder engagements within agreed timelines.
• Edited photographs submitted in required formats and quality standards for digital, print, media and internal communication use.
• Organised and up-to-date digital photo library maintained with accurate naming, dates, event references and usage records.
• Visual content consistently aligned with company brand standards, PR messaging, campaign objectives and professional presentation requirements.
• Photography requests prioritised and completed in coordination with the PR & Marketing Manager and relevant departments.
