About the Role
Location: Harare, Zimbabwe.
Purpose: to lead and drive the company's sales and marketing functions by developing and executing strategic initiatives that increase revenue, strengthen the brand, expand market share, and position the company as a leading provider of innovative drone-based solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead and develop the Sales and Marketing team, ensuring high performance and accountability.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining key client relationships.
- Monitor performance and prepare management reports to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements
Required experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and marketing, including experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Experience in business development, client relationship management, and market expansion.
- Strong reporting, analytical, and performance management skills.
Required skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Professional management or marketing qualifications will be an added advantage.
