About the Role
Hiplin Hair is hiring Sales Students on Attachment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting suitable hair products according to their needs.
- Attend to customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Promote and sell Hiplin Hair products.
- Assist with achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with customers.
- Assist with product displays, merchandising and shop presentation.
- Assist with stock counting and monitoring product availability.
- Support the shop team with day-to-day retail operations.
- Record and report customer feedback and product enquiries.

Requirements
Requirements
- Currently studying towards a Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
- Be eligible for industrial attachment as part of your academic programme.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be confident, energetic and customer-focused.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility, determination, enthusiasm and ability to cope under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think strategically (student level).
- Good presentation skills and confidence.
- Customer focus; teamwork; performance focus.
