About the Role
Mountfin Finance (Harare Branch) invites applications for an industrial-attachment programme providing practical exposure and hands-on training in lending operations, client service and portfolio monitoring under close supervision.
Under supervision, attachees will support:
- Client onboarding and basic loan-application screening.
- Document collection and file preparation.
- Loan processing and due diligence.
- Basic client follow-ups and portfolio-monitoring support.
- Reporting and administrative support to branch teams.

Requirements
- Studying towards a Degree or Diploma in Marketing or any commerce-related degree.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Good computer literacy.
- High integrity and professionalism.
- Must provide an institution attachment letter.
