About the Role
A dynamic organisation in the tax advisory industry seeks to recruit a vibrant and suitable student to fill the above-mentioned post.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Compiling and capturing clients' accounting data from source records.
- Filing client records and information.
- Preparation of periodic financials (monthly, quarterly and annual accounts).
- Tax computations, return completion and filing (Income Tax, VAT, PAYE etc.).
- Handling taxpayer registrations and tax clearance certificates.
- Handling client enquiries.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of Zimbabwean tax legislation.
- Energetic, eager to learn, with a zeal for success.
- Ability to work under pressure, with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Good public relations, interpersonal and client care skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound numeracy skills, thorough and attentive to detail.
- Sound analytical skills.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- Unquestionable integrity and honesty.

Requirements
- Studying towards a degree in Accounting, Fiscal Studies, Economics or Finance.
- Attained at least 13 points at 'A' Level with an 'A' in Accounting.
