About the Role
A Marketing Assistant to help craft the marketing plan, implement the strategy, create promotional content and campaigns, assist with social-media management and participate in local and regional exhibitions and shows.
The role also covers stakeholder management — responding to client complaints, portfolio management, merchant engagements, ESG initiatives, market intelligence and corporate events.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or a related field.
- Professional qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications or Event Management an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year in a marketing, communications or customer-engagement role; financial-services/payments experience an advantage.
- Proficiency in graphic design and content-creation tools an advantage; innovative, organised, customer-centric.
